Suiko was established in 2010 to enable sports and events to have access to cost effective
expertise from consultants with direct experience in leading and managing sports and major events. Each of us has worked internationally in careers that span multiple cultures in senior management and board roles.

Eugénie is a strategic thinker and natural rebel who aims to always make a difference. She was actively involved in the design and delivery of innovative new formats of Global Rapid Rugby, ICC World Twenty20, A-League and Bowls Premier League. At just 30 years of age Eugénie was appointed to the international Court of Arbitration for Sport and, in 2005, was the first female to be appointed to an Asian Football Confederation Committee. She has led a LOC, Football Club and professional players’ association and negotiated multi-million dollar global broadcast and sponsorship deals. Eugénie has formal legal and financial qualifications.

Anita has a vast knowledge of navigating and communicating with Olympic Sports and the ecosystems in which they live. Beginning her career in sport administration whilst training for the Olympics, she has an intimate appreciation of athlete-centred strategy and planning. Anita is a well respected advisor to Olympic bidding cities and OCOGs, including Rio, London, Beijing, Athens and Sydney. Most recently, she was Sport Director, Commonwealth Games 2018 and conceived, developed and led a strategy of real partnership with NSOs that recognised their expertise to drive maximum legacy and she innovated through a number of world firsts, such as gender equal events and community fun run in the marathon.
Anita is a well respected advisor to Olympic bidding cities and OCOGs.
Brenton has formal qualifications in Mathematics and Business which add value to his work with major international sporting events, especially around qualification, quotas and participation analysis, forecasting and assessments. His advice is practical given his high performance experience as a member and team leader of the Australian Swimming team for a decade. Brenton has a passion for developing innovation, respect and performance within sports organisations and major events. He consults to the Commonwealth Games Federation and was the Manager, Sports Services for Commonwealth Games 2018. Brenton is a multiple Olympic and World Championship
medalist and world record holder.

Juliet is our Project Manager. Her expertise lies in events and venue operations. Juliet
has performed event manager roles for the Commonwealth Games 2018 Gold Coast,
Wallabies, NSW Waratahs, Football NSW, Australian University Games, and British and Irish Lions tour. Previously, Juliet was Women’s Project Manager at the International
Cricket Council responsible for the global integration of the women’s game and worked
at the International Tennis Federation. She is fluent in French and Spanish.

George is our Legal & Risk Advisor. He is a solicitor and certified mediator with expertise in dispute resolution and investigations, risk management, intellectual property, corporate advisory and commercial law. He has held in-house legal counsel roles with ABC, Singtel Optus, Arts Law Centre, Jones Lange LaSalle and Inchcape Motors. He is fluent in conversational Cantonese, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Malaysia and advises businesses on Asian culture and business sensibilities.
George is a solicitor and certified mediator with expertise in dispute resolution and investigations, risk management, intellectual property, corporate advisory and commercial law.
An experienced operator, Sal led the delivery of sport competition for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. Sal is passionate about Para sport and was instrumental in championing the largest Para sport program in Commonwealth Games history. Sal led the team that delivered Arafura Games 2019, an international multi-sport event in Darwin and went on to lead the major events portfolio in the Territory. Whilst working for International Netball, Sal was responsible for setting up the GOAL program, a sport for development initiative empowering women through Netball in India as well as managing the planning and implementation of Netballs World Ranking System.
Sal thinks creatively and is a trusted set of hands to deliver major events.
